Beef Tacos

Ingredients

2 lb ground beef

2 tbsp chili powder

2-3 garlic cloves (depending upon your taste) or 1 tsp
garlic powder

1 tsp cumin

2 tbsp paprika

Bell pepper

Medium onion

Salt to taste

Enough water to cover the meat.

 Cooking Instructions

Put ground meat in a 2 quart sauce pan.  Add the chili powder, garlic, cumin, and
paprika.  Add salt if desired.  Just cover the meat with water.  Bring this to a boil.

Simmer the meat for about 30-40 minutes, stirring regularly
and adding water if needed to keep the mixture “saucy”.  Add ½ onion and ½ pepper and simmer for
another 20-30 minutes.

The timing is flexible—you can simmer for more or less time
as desired.

Serve in taco shells or on flour burritos with cheese,
lettuce, salsa etc.  Enjoy!
