Steak Fingers with Honey-Mustard Sauce

1 1/2 lbs cube streak cut into strips

Coating Ingredients:
2 C. Flour
1T. season salt
1tsp. paprika
1 T garlic powder
1tsp. salt

Egg Bath:
2 eggs

Canola oil for frying.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce:
1 C. Dijon mustard
1/2 C. honeya
1/2 teas. dill

Directions: Dip steak into coating mixture then egg bath then coating again. Fry in oil until brown. Mix dipping sauce ingredients together. Serve steak fingers with sauce on side.
