Holiday Greetings from all of us at Hogan’s Magnolia View Farm! We are anxiously anticipating Santa’s visit in just over a week. Our wish list at the farm includes a few more warm sunny days to “green up” the pastures and visits with many of you as we move into what I hope will be a relaxing holiday season for you all.
We are totally stocked for any holiday needs you may have. We’ve gotten another big round of beef in and our supply across the board is excellent – from all kinds of steaks, to roasts (especially sirloin tip, rump and chuck roasts), London Broils, and of course lots of ground beef, ribs and stew meat. And we’re still running our sales:
- Stew meat: 15% off
- Short ribs: 15% off
- Ground beef (patties and one-pound packages): Buy ten pounds or more and receive 10% off
We hope you’ll consider our gift certificates for those last minute stocking stuffers or to share with friends. The gift certificates are available at any level you wish, and there is no expiration date on them. We are glad to mail them for you, and we can send an advance email to your recipient too. Your family and friends might enjoy a trip to the farm to pick out a selection of their favorite cuts of healthy, wholesome beef!
And good news – the eggs are back in house! We hope to keep a moderate supply all winter; Roland’s chickens seem to be slowing down for the holiday too! We have lots of different kinds of pork sausage – you may want to try the smoky Polish or spicy Italian, for a change. And don’t forget Roland’s delicious chicken. We have whole chickens and a good stock of other various cuts.
Our holiday hours are:
Friday, December 16: Regular hours of 3PM – 5PM
Saturday, December 17: Regular hours of 10AM – 2PM
Tuesday, December 20: SPECIAL additional day with hours of 3PM – 5PM
Friday, December 23: Regular hours of 3PM – 5PM
Then, after December 23rd, we are CLOSED UNTIL FRIDAY, JANUARY 6, 2012.
The holiday season brings so much joy and also provides a special time to remember those who have meant so much in our lives. We will be enjoying time with our family and remembering all the ways we are blessed. Maintaining the farm through this arduous year has taken a village and some very special helpers. Please know that I am grateful for all you have done to support me and the farm and have been bolstered by the many kind words and hugs. You give me the motivation to continue to work toward the dream that Rob and I shared.
