Carls-Beth farm is owned and operated by Roland Walters, who has re-conditioned his family’s old dairy farm to be a model of rotational grazing for grass fed beef. The pastured pork and chickens are free of antibiotics and hormones, lower in saturated fat and higher in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals than commercially-raised meat.
The chickens are available as whole roasters, boneless breast and by the cut (thighs, legs quarters, drumsticks, wings, livers). The pork is available in a wide array of cuts including pork chops, bratwurst, hot Italian sausages, hot and mild sage sausage, bacon, short ribs, shoulder and boston butt roasts, and ham.
