Purchasing is easy. We sell all products directly from our house here on the farm.

The store is open on Wednesdays from 4PM – 6PM, Fridays from 4pm – 6pm and Saturdays from 10am – 2pm. If these times are not convenient, please contact us to set up another time.

We are a small family farm, committed to the highest quality product. Each animal is different and processing is done by hand at a local small company, therefore individual variation is expected. We guarantee your money back, if you are not fully satisfied with our meat products.
Purchasing Beef
We sell the beef in individual cuts much as you would see in the grocery store. So you can choose a single pound of ground meat or steak, for example, or larger quantities. It’s your choice.
Our meat is vacuum-packed in individually wrapped packages. This protects the meat from exposure to air, extending its life in the freezer and preventing freezer burn. The meat is frozen immediately after processing and stored in sub-zero freezers. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship meat.
We process cattle about once a month and normally have a wide array of cuts, including:
- Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Sirloin, NY Strip, Porterhouse, T-bone, Skirt, Flat Iron and Flank steaks
- Ground beef, Beef Patties, Cube Steak
- Round, Rump and Sirloin Roasts, Brisket, Chuck and Pot Roasts, Stew Meat, Stir Fry
- Prime Rib Roasts and London Broil
- Short Ribs, Shank, Liver, and Soup Bones
- Organ meats

Purchasing Pork
The pork is available in a wide array of cuts including pork chops, tenderloin, bratwurst, spicey and smoky sausages, hot and mild sage sausage, bacon, short ribs, shoulder and boston butt roasts, ham, fatback, livers and soup bones. Come by and try it. It’s delicious!

Purchasing Chicken and Eggs
Chicken is available as whole chicken, boneless breast, leg quarters, thighs, drumsticks or wings.
Eggs are available in three sizes: large, extra-large and jumbo.
